Slice of Life
Colossians 1:9-10 For this cause we also,
since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that
ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and
spiritual understanding; (10) That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto
all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the
knowledge of God; (KJV)
The only way that you will be able to do
those things that are pleasing to our Lord is when you come to a true Spiritual
understanding of His word. Our carnal minds are enmity with God and will
not get you where you need to be operating concerning your walk in the Spirit.
1 Peter 2:4-5 To whom coming, as unto a
living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, (5)
Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy
priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus
Christ. (KJV)
In order to build a Spiritual house it
takes Spiritual stones. If you desire to be considered one of God’s people
or His building then you will need to know how He desires His house to be
built, and that would be according to a Spiritual blueprint. Do you know
how to read a Spiritual blueprint, because if not then the house won’t stand?
Isaiah 12:2-3 Behold, God is my
salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my
strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. (3) Therefore with
joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation. (KJV)
That well that we draw from is now Spiritual,
and something that is living and should be flowing from your heart. How
well do you know the true Spiritual meaning of the Word and how it applies
today?
Proverbs 18:4 The words of a man's mouth
are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook. (KJV)
Do you desire to know the deep things of
God and how His plan of salvation really works? Then get out of the shallow
kiddie pool and get immersed in something deeper that goes beyond the
surface of the flesh and man’s limited carnal interpretations of the Word.
Revelation 22:1-2 And he shewed me a pure
river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of
God and of the Lamb. (2) In the midst of the street of it, and on either
side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of
fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were
for the healing of the nations. (KJV)
Hey, next time someone tells you that
getting dunked in water is so important tell them to go soak their own
heads as you are heading for something much deeper. God’s desire is to take
Spiritual things and show them to Spiritual people. Are you one of those
chosen few, because it’s a must see realm that is now showing?
John 4:23-24 But the hour cometh, and now
is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in
truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. (24) God is a Spirit:
and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. (KJV)
