I’ve Been Framed

Hebrew 11:1-3 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (2) For by it the elders obtained a good report. (3) Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. (KJV)

Now, this moment, what are you thinking; and which realm really has the most influence on you today; the things which are seen, or the things which are not seen? If I truly believe, trust, and then act on what I have heard from the Lord, then I am able to see that I am in the framework the Lord intended for me to be in, the plan and the path that He ordained for me to walk in before the foundation of the world. If I am not looking to the inward things to find the proof or the evidence of God, the only realm that has any real substance, then I now open myself back up to and become an easy target for the enemy to hit me with his fiery darts of fear and doubt. A shield of faith will stop and extinguish those darts from hitting its intended target, and that being your heart; while anything that is not of faith will drop that shield down and leave you exposed again.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. (17) For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; (18) While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. (KJV)

Quit looking to something in the outward that you think will satisfy an inward hunger, it will never work, because God never intended it to work that way. People, no bigger bank account, no bigger house, car, or anything else in the outward is going to provide the peace you are seeking after. No significant other is going to fill that void either, because for many, rather than waiting patiently for the Lord’s answer to manifest they settle for whatever comes along, which ends up to be a cheap knock off imitation of what our Lord intended for them to have. Remember people, the kingdom of God comes not with observation, it will not be found in the outward realm, but rather you need to focus and concentrate on that in the unseen realm, period!

Romans 8:24-25 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? (25) But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. (KJV)

Have you ever held to a back door plan as well? You know, like if this faith stuff doesn’t work I have my own plan and way of escape? Let’s face it we have all entertained these things which are described as being double minded, unstable and unable to receive the things of God. The word ‘hope’ means an expectation of good; in other words, when you pray and make your requests to God you should expect His answer, nothing less. You know why people lose hope at times and doubt? Because with what measure they give out comes back their way also. We pray to the Lord and desire for Him to supply our needs and respond accordingly, but the question He has in return is how well do you respond to His requests? The Bible says we need to draw near to God, and then He draws near to us, not the other way around. The reason many doubt and are unable to faithfully hold God to be true is because they haven’t responded and been true to Him, and they are basically reaping what they sowed.

Mark 4:23-25 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. (24) And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. (25) For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath. (KJV)

You know that joy, peace, and confidence you experienced in the beginning of your walk with the Lord; have you ever wondered where it went? Our Lord said He would never leave us nor forsake us; however, it doesn’t stop you from taking a hike does it? Those that began in the Spirit are now looking elsewhere to find their answer, and are coming up short in their search. Those of you that should be teaching others how to walk in the Spirit now need to be re-taught yourself, because you have left your first love and allowed the devil to steal your attention away from the Lord. A life that should be a walk by faith is more a walk by a fake; thus deceiving themselves.

Williams New Testament translation of 1Timothy 4:1-2

1. Now the Spirit distinctly declares that in later times some will turn away from the faith, because they continuously give their attention to deceiving spirits and the things that demons teach 2. through the pretensions of false teachers, men with seared consciences,

1 Timothy 4:1-2 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; (2) Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; (KJV)

So before you go playing the blame game thinking God doesn’t answer your prayers anymore you only need to look in the mirror and ask yourself ‘have I answered His requests, have I been giving ear to His Word and seeking more the things of His realm and less of this outward fallen one’? That spirit of fear that has been festering and eating you up inside did not come from God, but rather His desire for you was to operate in power, love, and a sound mind.

Galatians 3:1-5 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? (2) This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? (3) Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? (4) Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. (5) He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? (KJV)

Are you going to establish a solid relationship with the Lord by faith, or are you being deceived into thinking that you can walk by sight? It all comes down to hearing, hearing the message being delivered by God through Christ, and then responding not in word only, but in deed as well. Faith without works, faith without stepping out in what we hear from the Lord is dead, and so are all those that keep looking to the outward and not inwardly to find the truth that will set them free. Are you truly in the framework, the realm God would have you to be in today, or have you drawn your own conclusions as to where you think you should be, and are now framed in and stuck back in the realm of the flesh?
