Divine Intervention
John 15:1 I am the true vine, and my
Father is the husbandman. (KJV)
Williams New Testament translation
of John 15:1
1.
"I am the real vine, and my Father is the cultivator
When dealing with the Lord’s realm, which
is spiritual, our Lord is quite clear in pointing out that His realm is
singular, there is only One vine that is going to produce the fruit of the
Spirit. Whatever titles, whatever denominational things man dreams up they will
not produce the fruit of the Spirit, but rather in the end it will be
rejected and burned.
Ephesians 4:4-6 There is one body, and
one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; (5) One
Lord, one faith, one baptism, (6) One God and Father of all, who is above
all, and through all, and in you all. (KJV)
If at any point or time in your walk with
the Lord you go outside of the number one, then you have added to the word
of God which in reality is taking away from the true meaning and intention
of His word; which you are then labeled as a transgressor, that simple, and
yet apparently so hard, because as one looks around today we see so many
other manmade labels and titles put on our Lord that He never said or spoke
about in His word.
1 Corinthians 8:5-6 For though there be
that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods
many, and lords many,) (6) But to us there is but one God, the Father, of
whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are
all things, and we by him. (KJV)
A lot of names, a lot of titles, have
been thrown around by many, yet to the few that still seek to worship our
Lord in Spirit and in truth, they are grounded and settled in the fact that
only One vine with One name will be life giving, while anything else is
just a cheap knockoff perversion of the truth.
Matthew 13:24-27 Another parable put he
forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which
sowed good seed in his field: (25) But while men slept, his enemy came and
sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. (26) But when the blade was
sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. (27) So
the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou
sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? (KJV)
Many are called of God, but as verse 25
says, many have fallen asleep spiritually and allowed the enemy to sow
tares among the wheat. A tare is a false grain, it looks and appears like
the real deal, but it is bitter and can cause dizziness and sickness if
ingested. Sounds like a lot of doctrines that we have blowing in the wind;
instead of partaking of the life of God many are having the life choked out
of them in the form of the cares of this life.
Matthew 13:28-30 He said unto them, An
enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go
and gather them up? (29) But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the
tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. (30) Let both grow together
until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers,
Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them:
but gather the wheat into my barn. (KJV)
In the end the Lord will sort it all out
and separate the wheat from the tares. In the meantime, it is up to you to
exercise your Spiritual senses, and come out and be separate from the tares
and any other false doctrine that does not produce life. Keep in mind, not
only those that teach and preach anything contrary to sound doctrine will
be separated for eternity, but those that lend their support to them as
well, they too will be bundled and sent packing. There is only One vine
that will produce the fruit of the Spirit; are you partaking of the divine
intervention that was sent so that you could have life and have it more
abundantly?
